Noble Hunters & Jumpers
Courtney Palmer-McGlothern, Head Trainer
Courtney was born in Providence, Rhode Island where she started riding at the age of four. Her competitive career started in the pony hunters at age eight. This quickly progressed into the 3’6 hunters, big equitation and 1.45m jumpers by the age of 14, winning her first National Grand Prix at the age of 16. Courtney found her passion in this industry, in the development of young horses, and competitive hunters and jumpers and sales. Noble Hunters & Jumpers opened its doors in the fall of 2015. With the mindset to not just train competitive show horses, but also to develop well-rounded horsemen and woman. Each horses program is individually designed for the highest level of success and overall equine health and happiness. Riders, owners, and staff of Noble Hunters & Jumpers are rooted in the care of the animal and the partnerships created between rider and horse. As a team, they strive to put the animal first with passion and drive as a close second.

Amy Belisle, Program Manager
Amy grew up in Alaska where she fell in love with western and wild horses. Her competitive career started at the age of 13 with her Navajo Mustang in 4H and community hunter/jumper shows. Transitioning to the rated circuit in Anchorage, Alaska and moving to Washington State in 2021 she found Noble Hunters & Jumpers by word of mouth all the way in the northernmost state. Amy’s love for the sport, organization, spreadsheets, and the horse made her the perfect fit to help grow Noble Hunters & Jumpers alongside Courtney. You can often find Amy at the back gate cheering on the team, or working with staff ensuring the Noble horses are ready for the ring. Finding young horses and investing in developing outstanding equine athletes with impeccable care and time is her passion; making Noble Hunters & Jumpers the best program to do so with.
Sydney Grosse, Assistant Trainer
Born in Oregon from a long line of horsemen, Sydney started riding before she was even born! Her riding career started with her first pony at the age of four, and her first show pony, Stoney, at the age of ten which was where her love of the competition ring evolved. Throughout her junior career, spending most of her time showing in the jumpers and occasionally catching riding a hunter. In 2021 Sydney and her horse Cupido qualified for the USHJA Team Championships at 1.10-15 and accumulated many championships throughout their multiple year partnership.
After aging out of the juniors Sydney spent a year in Florida under the tutelage of Will Baker at Coast to Coast Equestrian in Ocala, being given the opportunity to show up and down the east coast from the Kentucky Horse Park to WEC, gaining miles in and out of the saddle. Going professional in 2024 Sydney has mileage through the 1.20 jumper, as well as the hunters and National Derby ring. She has a gift of teaching, and a great eye for the small details of a horse and rider. Sydney is an asset to the Noble Hunters and Jumpers team, and a bright and promising young professional.
